- 1 Push-Pull output + IO-Link, 1 or 2 switching outputs (pnp/npn), 4–20 mA / 0–10 V analog output, or analog + 1 pnp output
- 0.025 mm – 2.4 mm resolution, temperature compensation
- Automatic synchronisation and multiplex operation of up to 10 sensors
- microsonic Teach-in via T1 and T2 buttons; parameterisation via PC with LinkControl
- 9–30 V DC supply, IP67 protection class
