dbk+4 Series Double Sheet Sensor
Ultrasonic double sheet (double layer) control sensor that reliably distinguishes single and double layers of materials such as paper, foil, thin sheet metal, wafers and printed circuit boards.

- Reliable detection of single and double sheets; no Teach-in required (plug and play)
- Double sheet and missing sheet output
- Depending on model, paper of 20 – 2000 g/m², metal-laminated sheets and foils, self-adhesive films, sheet metal up to 0.3 mm, fine corrugated board, wafers and printed circuit boards
- Working distance between transmitter and receiver selectable from 20 to 60 mm
- 3 control inputs for trigger, Teach-in and external sensitivity adjustment by material
- Variants with 90° angled head, external M18 receiver and very compact M12 transmitter/receiver heads
- Models with IO-Link interface; parameterisation via PC with LinkControl
